Small Business Energy Grant Info-Lunch
NACDC FS will be hosting local Rural Development representatives for an "info-lunch" on the REAP Rural Energy Grant on Friday March 3rd from 11:30-1:30 at NACDC FS' new office 120 Central Ave (next to Rockin' Outlaw, formerly Northern Native Insurance).  Lunch will be provided.  

Grant Information:
Rural Development- Rural Energy for America Program
Two tracks- renewable energy (solar, wind, etc.) and energy efficiency (improved windows, doors, etc.)
Renewable Energy Limits $2500 min $1,000,000 max
Energy Efficiency Limits $1500 min $500,000 max
Grant can be for up to 40% of project, the rest can be loan or personal investment
Reimbursement grant
Lengthy process but high probability of receiving it if completed
For small businesses (not residences)
This round of funding closes March 31st but revolves every 6 months
