The City of Helena gathered feedback on its snow plowing protocol for cul-de-sacs.

The City currently plows cul-de-sacs in a counter-clockwise circle, starting on the interior of and working toward the edge. This method does result in a snow berm along the sidewalk and driveways.

As an alternative, the City is proposing cul-de-sacs could instead be plowed with a 20 foot lane and not redirect all snow from the cul-de-sac.
