Joseph L. “Joe” Davidson, 63, of Valier passed away on August 17, 2022 at Peace Hospice. A Visitation will be held at Croxford Funeral Home on Tuesday August 23, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a Funeral Service to follow on WEDNESDAY August 24 at 2:00 PM in The Rose Room Chapel at Croxford Funeral Home.
Joe was born on July 11, 1959 in Great Falls, MT to Robert and Geraldine (Yuhas) Davidson. He was raised in Sand Coulee and graduated from Centerville High School in 1977. He would go on to work as a social worker for the state of Montana, Adult Protective Services, and a quality control specialist for the disabled.
In 1980 he was wed to Teresa Sue Young, and the two would remain together for the next 13 years. Living in Great Falls, Billings, and Casper, WY before meeting Rhonda. They were married on May 11, 2001 and would remain together until Joe’s passing.
Joe loved hunting, fishing and especially being with his family. He also found time to volunteer for Eagle Mount.
He will be missed by everyone that knew him but especially his beloved wife, Rhonda L. Davidson of Valier, MT; mother, Geraldine Davidson of Great Falls, MT; son, Robert (Ashley) Davidson of Great Falls, MT; daughter, April Davidson of Shelby, MT, sister, Linda (Dave) Birkoski; brothers, Tom (Shelli) Davidson, and Bill (Maggie) Davidson; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Davidson; and brother, Lawrence Davidson.
