Dolores' Obituary

Dolores “Dee” Lorraine Love Frisbee of Great Falls passed away peacefully at Benefis Peace Hospice in Great Falls on October 13, 2022, at the age of 86. Her funeral service will be held on October 22, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church (610 Second Avenue North).

Dolores was born on January 17,1936, in Great Falls, MT to Ada and John Love. She graduated from Great Falls High School in 1954, where she was a member of the Latin Club, Ushers, and Library Club.

Dolores never shied away from hard work. Her first job was at GFHS where she worked in the library and learned to repair books. Her first official job was at Killorns, (former downtown department store for women) and later at the Paris (Macy’s).

She married her soul mate, Floyd Frisbee, in Great Falls on November 13, 1966. Floyd was already an established farmer and Dolores gladly jumped in and worked on the farm. Floyd and Dolores loved to travel. They visited numerous locations in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as China, Egypt, and many locations in Europe. Dolores loved an adventure and never said no to a road trip.

Dolores is survived by daughters, Connie Mullikin of Helena and Gwenn (Gerry) Dormady of Fairfield; son, John (Beckie) Frisbee of Great Falls; grandchildren, Chris (Zaneta) Riphenburg of Great Falls, MT, Mandy (Keith) Allen of Helena, MT, Angie (Raul) Hines of Butte, MT, Bryce (Sara) Riphenburg of Great Falls, MT, Morgan (Cody) Berg of Great Falls, MT, Shyann Ziler (Corey Kimball) of Great Falls, MT and Marcus Frisbee of Pullman, WA; family members, Robert Ziler, Pat Rowley, Fred Rowley, Eddie and Buddy Williams, Dude Frisbee, Roy and Nancy Frisbee, Rosie Frisbee, Elizabeth Love; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Floyd; her dog, Alfie; son-in-law, Joe Mullikin; brother, Kenneth Love; and her parents.

Memorials can be made to a charity of your choice. The three that Dolores held most dear are Great Falls Rescue Mission, Peace Hospice of Great Falls, and the McLean Animal Shelter.
