Kimberly "Kim"'s Obituary

Kimberly “Kim” Michelle Brannon, age 36, passed unexpectedly in her sleep Saturday, March 18, 2023, in Great Falls.

Kimberly was born in Berwick, Pennsylvania on April 28, 1986, to Tom and Joni Brannon. Kimberly attended Holy Family school where she met some of her life-long friends. She also attended Berwick area middle school and high school where she received the Baccalaureate Award when she graduated. After high school, Kim attended Johnson Bible College.

Kim was a lover of all things nature. She enjoyed, swimming, fishing, traveling, and spending time in the outdoors as much as possible. There was never an animal that Kim met that she didn’t befriend. The world was one big adventure for her. Hiking with her fur-children, Cheech and Ouiza was one of the things Kim enjoyed most.

Kimberly loved being the middle child as much as she loved eating the middle of an Oreo. She was always in the middle of every family get together. From the time Kimberly was a baby she was immediately connected and lived her life fiercely for her family. She was the Kimmie glue that continues to keep us all together.

She is remembered as a precious daughter, a once in a lifetime sister, and a candy sneaking aunt. She was truly a kind friend to anyone lucky enough to know her. Her heart was gold, and she was a shining light to this world.

Kimberly is survived by her parents and best friends, Daniel “Thomas” Brannon Jr. and Joan Brannon (DeFini) of Great Falls; brothers, Daniel Brannon the 3rd and wife, Amber of Great Falls, Joseph Brannon and wife, Sarah of Great Falls, and Jared Baker of Doylestown, PA; two sisters, Krissie (Brannon) Milligan and husband, Kyle of Helena and Sandy Brannon of Helena; nieces and nephews, Samantha (Brandon), Noah, Ruby, Emma, and Abigail. There are far too many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends to list but please know she loved each of them in her own Kimmie way.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Daniel Brannon Sr. and wife, Lorraine (Bickerstaff) Brannon, and Sam DeFini and wife, Marie (Libertelli) DeFini.

A wake will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023, both at O’Connor Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Highland Cemetery.

Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
