How to Apply
***The next round of Packages for OSB's are due 31 Jan 2024***

The Montana Air National Guard (MTANG) will be conducting the Officer Screening Board (OSB). The purpose of this board is to interview non-commissioned personnel and/or civilians who are interested in applying for MTANG officer vacancies for non-rated line Air Force officer positions. Upon receipt of a complete package, an OSB will consist of at least three (3) officers. The board will conduct a paper screening to determine eligibility and potential waivers. Once paper screening is complete a formal board will commence and that board will provide final recommendation of applicants.

The OSB interviews will convene over the March Regular Scheduled Drill (RSD).
