Jaimee Gregoire, MSN, FNP-C, RNC

Medical Director

Jaimee Gregoire is dual-board certified in both Nursing Administration as well as having a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She serves as the owner and medical director at Dahl House Aesthetics. Her educational background includes an undergraduate degree at Montana State University where she received her BSN. She then went on to receive a master’s degree in Nursing Administration followed by another venture back to school to become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in a variety of settings, including women’s health, pediatrics, labor and delivery, mercy flight, walk-in, and orthopedics. After years of dreaming about breaking into the aesthetics market, she took a leap of faith and dove into an extensive training program receiving education in Montana, Texas, California, and Utah. She was raised in Great Falls, MT, and vows to never leave the town that has helped raise her into who she is today. She has two children who keep her and her husband, Zach, busy playing sports and spending time at the lake.

Jaimee believes her main goal is to make you feel comfortable as well as educated while under her care. She wants everyone to leave Dahl House feeling empowered and excited about the possibilities that are currently on the market. By utilizing protocols based on evidence-based practice, she believes you can achieve the results you desire and deserve.

Lindsey Tierney, B.S., CMA-AAMA

Lindsey was raised in Great Falls and has made this town her permanent home. Lindsey and her husband, Jon, are raising three kids, one dog, one cat, and a fish. To say she is a busy working mom is an understatement.

Lindsey works hard to make her patients feel as if they are family. She is warm, welcoming, and educational as she makes you feel right at home. Lindsey is always striving to bring Great Falls the best aesthetic care that there is on the market. Watch out Great Falls as this Director of Business Development plans to help bring us to the next level of care!

Ashlee Tigart

Licensed Esthetician

Ashlee was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana.  She has been an active Licensed Esthetician since 2006 and has been blessed with the support received and the growth gained all these years. Her passion for skincare started at a young age as she struggled with skin conditions that continually made her self conscious. She was always reading anything she could about improving and preventing what made her most insecure. It seemed ironic that as she figured out her career path, it eventually evolved into her attending an aesthetics school in New York City. What she loves the most about what she does is giving the gift of making people feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin. To be able to work in a more medical setting offering innovative treatments and advanced skincare has been her ultimate dream.
It is by definition our biggest organ, yet most neglected, and she works with the mindset of giving realistic expectations. At the same time, educating patients on their post-care, at-home routine to continually address their biggest concerns. She is looking forward to treating our community at Dahl House, offering a menu of services capable of drastically improving the skin’s overall health and integrity! She is certified currently in microneedling, chemical peels, classic facials, dermaplaning, diamond glow, skin analysis/consultations, as well as brow design and tinting.

On her down time, she loves spending time with her family & friends, going to concerts, and traveling around our beautiful state.

Kelly Timmer, MSN, FNP-BC, WHNP

Kelly is double-board certified in women’s health and family practice as a nurse practitioner. Kelly started her career by practicing women’s health in Great Falls in 1991 and never looked back. Kelly has given her heart and soul to this town and is proud of the care she continues to give. Kelly treats every patient as if they are her own flesh and blood and that has never changed. Kelly and her husband Kirk raised three strong boys who went on to marry three fantastic women who have blessed her with 6 grandchildren. After 30 years of practice, Kelly was over the moon to add a new service line into her care. Don’t worry, she will still be providing the women’s health care you have grown to know and love at Benefis, but will also be able to help you achieve the aesthetic results that you want. Comprehensive care awaits you when you sit down in her chair and trust us, you won’t be disappointed.

Sydney Skaer, MSN, FNP-BC

Sydney was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. Her career in health care started back in 1998 as a home health aide. She then transitioned over the years as a certified nursing assistant, registered nurse, and finally ending as a nurse practitioner. Her favorite thing about her job is showing compassion for where people currently are, while also encouraging them to improve their overall health (acute issues, chronic diseases, and mental health). She married the boy from high school. No, he wasn’t her boyfriend in high school, but a friend who turned into “the one.” She likes to say she hit the jackpot. Her husband, Steve, is a math geek in the best way. They have two children, Ben and Lilli. They love gathering with family and friends, playing and watching sports, serving others, and growing in their faith. One of their best experiences was a combination of those things, when they traveled to Tecate, Mexico, to serve orphans at The Mission.

Sydney has always loved exchanging quotes with friends and has many books with collections of the ones that have brought her hope, comfort, motivation, faith, and courage. She intends to convey these messages through her care in improving your mind, body, and spirit from the inside out.
